This project investigates the physiological and transcriptomic mechanisms by which exogenous spermidine (Spd) alleviates salt-induced inhibition of rice (Oryza sativa L.) germination and seedling growth. RNA-seq analysis was performed to identify differentially expressed genes and enriched pathways involved in hormone metabolism, carbohydrate metabolism, and stress responses. The dataset provides valuable insights into the molecular basis of spermidine-mediated salt tolerance in rice.
