The miRNA expression profiling of annotated miRNA in wild type and APP/PSEN1 Tg mouse brain tissue The total RNA was extracted from cortex and hippocampus of WT and APP/PSEN1 Tg mouse model and subjcetd to miRNA expression profiling of annotated miRNA by Nanostring platform using nCounter Mouse v1 miRNA Panel (NS_M_miR_v1.5) having 599 unique miRNA barcodes for endogenous miRNA.
