PLINK files (ped and map) of wild and domestic goat species

We compiled the comprehensive SNP dataset of wild and domestic goats. Samples were genotyped with Illumina Goat SNP50 BeadChip. We complemented those genotypes with published data from animals that were genotyped with the same SNP chip. Complete dataset contain whole genome SNP data of 613 individuals from 10 species, 8 subspecies, and 26 breeds including the outgroup. There are 48.311 autosomal SNPs with a call rate greater than 95%, any other filtering steps, phasing or imputation were not performed on this data. In compressed folder are genotypes in Plink format and a table with samples' information.
