Transcriptome Analysis Using Collagen-Based Tumor Tissues

In the field of oncology, the role of collagen and its associated extracellular matrix components in tumorigenesis is gaining attention. Collagen, a major structural protein in many tissues, plays a crucial role in the structural and functional modulation of tumor tissues. In this study, to delve deeper into the transcriptomic changes that occur during the formation of collagen-based tumor tissues, we investigated the alterations in gene expression in both adherent culture and collagen-based 3D culture using RNA sequencing.
