The Corpus of Annotated Medical Imaging Reports (CAMIR) is a dataset consisting of 609 annotated radiology reports, developed by the Department of Medicine at the University of Washington. This dataset encompasses three imaging modalities: Computed Tomography (CT), Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), and Positron Emission Tomography-Computed Tomography (PET-CT). CAMIR uses fine-grained event schemas for annotation, capturing clinical indications, lesions, and medical conditions. It aims to support secondary applications such as retrospective analysis or clinical decision support by converting unstructured reports into structured semantic representations.
