This dataset compiles statistical data on permanent population and natural population changes for major years in Qinghai Province from 1952 to 2019, with data grouped by year. Data for the years 1990, 2000 and 2010 are extrapolated based on the results of the national population censuses conducted in those respective years, while data for all other years are extrapolated from sample surveys on population changes. All data are sourced from the Qinghai Statistical Yearbook published by the Qinghai Provincial Bureau of Statistics.
