资源简介:

Acute viral hepatitis A remains a widespread infectious disease in the Fergana Valley, frequently complicated during the reconvalescence period by prolonged asthenovegetative syndrome and functional biliary disorders. Residual cholestasis and gallbladder dyskinesia contribute to endogenous intoxication, which sustains autonomic nervous system dysfunction and delays complete clinical recovery. This article presents a comparative clinical study conducted at Andijan State Medical Institute. Using the IMRAD framework, the research investigates the clinical efficacy of standardized choleretic herbal collections (Helichrysum arenarium, Tanacetum vulgare, Rosa canina, and Zea mays) in eliminating asthenovegetative syndrome among convalescent hepatitis A patients compared to standard rehabilitation therapy alone. The study involved 200 convalescent patients and utilized clinical, biochemical, ultrasonographic (dynamic cholecystography), and autonomic assessment tools. The results demonstrate a statistically significant acceleration in the resolution of biliary sludge, normalization of cholestatic enzymes, and reduction of asthenovegetative and autonomic dysfunction scores in the phytotherapy group. The study concludes that stimulating bile secretion and gallbladder motility with choleretic herbal collections effectively eliminates biliary stasis-induced neurointoxication, significantly shortening the post-hepatitis rehabilitation period.
