Characteristics of liver tissues of MASH compared to those of Simple Steatosis mice.

Characteristics of hepatocytes of Metabolic Dysfunction-Associated Steatohepatitis (MASH) mice were compared compared to those of Simple Steatosis (SS) mice in the context of UPR response. Characteristics of hepatocytes of Metabolic Dysfunction-Associated Steatohepatitis (MASH) mice compared to those of Simple Steatosis (SS) mice. MASH or simple steatosis mice were established by feeding an Atherogenic high-fat diet or HFD-60, correspondingly, for 12 weeks, and hepatocytes were obtained for the following analysis. Normalized Log-Transformed Gene Expressions for Genes related to Perk mediated UPR response, to Atf6 mediated UPR response, and to Ire1 mediated UPR response were obtained.
