To determine the role of Osgep in beta cell function, we generated beta cell specific Osgep knockout mice and assessed their glucose homeostasis, islet morphology, and gene expression. For the RNA-seq analysis, islets were collected from male Osgep-Ins2-Cre mice and littermate control mice (N = 3).
