Endocannabinoid Dynamics Across Marathon and Ultramarathon Running: Evidence from Two Field Studies

This dataset contains anonymized biochemical data supporting the manuscript “Endocannabinoid Dynamics Across Marathon and Ultramarathon Running: Evidence from Two Field Studies”. The dataset includes plasma concentrations of eCBs and related lipids measured in two field studies: a controlled marathon versus walking study and an ultramarathon study. Variables include anandamide (AEA), 2-arachidonoylglycerol (2-AG), 1-arachidonoylglycerol (1-AG), arachidonic acid (AA), palmitoylethanolamide (PEA), and hematocrit (HCT). The dataset is provided in anonymized form and is intended to support transparency and reproducibility of the biochemical analyses reported in the manuscript.
