Reproducibility and audit archive for Bio-inspired local order formation and safety-constrained CAV coordination at lane-drop bottlenecks

This dataset provides the reproducibility and audit materials associated with the study “Bio-inspired local order formation and safety-constrained CAV coordination at lane-drop bottlenecks”. The archive contains the frozen Stage 36 source evidence, complete matched-seed SUMO outputs for 30 final runs, five-seed statistical tables, MATLAB figure-reproduction scripts and inputs, manuscript–result traceability records, and the final six-vehicle PreScan/Simulink execution-audit data and model. The final transport-performance evidence comprises 20 D1600 runs and 10 D1800 operating-boundary runs. Developmental Stage 34–39 diagnostics are archived separately and are not included in the final 30-run population statistics. The PreScan/Simulink material supports inspection and audit of the reported cross-platform execution results; a fully self-contained scene rerun is limited because the original Trajectory_1.mat–Trajectory_6.mat files and some generated auxiliary scene files were not retained.
