**Collection context**

OPAH is the acronym for “Planned Habitat Improvement Operation”. This is a French agreement between a community (community or EPCI) and the State and Anah (Agence nationale de l’habitat) to re-qualify and rehabilitate a built neighbourhood.

**Collection method**

The scope of the OPAH-RU study for the period 2020-2025 has been digitalised using DGFiP’s Cadastral Matrix MAJIC for reference.
