The goal of this study was to look at the effects of the anti epeleptic drug Vigabatrin on retinal transcripts. Vigabatrin altered transcripts related to phototransduction, neuronal function and synaptic plasticity. This is the first study showing that vigabatrin has an effect on the retinal transcriptome Overall design: Methods: C57/Bl6 (Week 10-12) Mice were treated with Vigabatrin via subcutaneous osmotic pump for 11 days.
