This repository contains the LIBS spectral dataset and MATLAB scripts used for preliminary PCA analysis and PCA-SVM classification of non-granary paddy cultivation systems in Sarawak, Malaysia. The dataset consists of 450 LIBS spectra acquired from 15 soil samples representing irrigated lowland, rainfed lowland, and upland cultivation categories. MATLAB scripts for preliminary PCA analysis, repeated hold-out validation, and leave-one-sample-out cross-validation (LOSOCV) are included.
