Peripheral blood mononuclear cell respiratory function is associated with progressive glaucomatous vision loss

Study assessing systemic mitochondrial function in primary open angle glaucoma, and it's association with the rate of visual field progression.Three files attached. (1) Main_Paper_Data.csv : this file contains all the raw data including mitochondrial respiration metrics, NAD levels, Visual Field progression data and phenotypic information. (2) ddPCR_data.csv : this file contains the ddPCR raw data. (3)Lymph_Mon_Flowjo.csv : this file contains fluorescence intensity for lymphocytes and monocytes as measured by the MoxiGo II flow cytometer in PBMC.
