Microbiota-based AMR Risk Screening (MARS)

This project aims to develop and clinically validate the Microbiota-based AMR Risk Screening (MARS) method, to detect the risk of AMR colonization based on the microbial signatures associated with the colonization resistance. The clinical validity of the MARS method is evaluated using stool samples collected from healthy individuals and patients.
