Additional file 3: of Nonlinear transcriptomic response to dietary fat intake in the small intestine of C57BL/6J mice

Differentially expressed genes (normalized and processed data) in the three sections of small intestine. There are 1,976 genes in the proximal section, 2,489 genes in the middle part and 313 genes in the distal section. For each gene we indicated Affymetrix ID, gene symbol, response type (lm = linear, log = logarithmic, exp = exponential, quad = quadratic and cub = cubic), and response direction (either up- or down-regulated). Last 40 columns refer to log2 transformed expression values in the small intestine of mice fed with 10, 20, 30 and 45 E% from fat. (XLSX 2795 kb)
