Soil fungi diversity under acid rain

For the experiment, four treatments were set up, including three acid rain intensities (pH 2.5, pH 3.5, and pH 4.5) and a control (pH 6.5), with each treatment repeated four times.The experiment commenced in August 2021 and ended in February 2022. The rainfall was simulated by adding 300 ml acid rain solution or tap water every 3 to 6 days. A total of 333.26 mm of rainfall was simulated. The mole ratio of S:N of the acid rain solution was set at 2:1 according to the actual condition of the study area.
