Significantly enriched GO terms associated with DEGs in the four conditions: PB260-12h, PB260-24h, RRIM600-12h and RRIM600-24h.

In each condition, up- and down-regulated transcripts were analyzed separately (only up-regulated for PB260-12h) and sorted according to the three GO categories: molecular function, biological process and cellular component. The REVIGO program was used to estimate relative proportions of non-redundant GO terms in each category, expressed as percentage of genes annotated with the term. Superclusters were indicated when several GO terms were loosely related according to REVIGO. (XLSX)
