Inflammation switches the chemoattractant requirements for naïve lymphocyte entry into lymph nodes

CCL21 is downregulated in stroma during inflammation of the lymph node. The factors controlling this repression are unknown. ATAC-seq was performed on naïve and inflamed lymph node fibroblasts to elucidate the signals controlling CCL21 downregulation and other lymph node stromal inflammatory programs.
