Rejuvenating aged osteoprogenitors for bone repair

To investigate cellular population heterogeneity, and gene expression in osteoprogenitors and other cell types (endothelial, osteogenic, immune) we isolate the calvarial periosteum and sagittal sutures as stem cell compartments that contribute to osteogenesis.
