Data on shell characteristics of brachiopods and foraminifera

This dataset includes statistical data on brachiopod shell plication and foraminiferal shell thickness before and after the Permian-Triassic mass extinction and the early Toarcian oceanic anoxic event. Additionally, it includes data on the shell microstructure of living brachiopods cultured under normal and acidified seawater conditions.
