Flax (Linum usitatissimum L.) is an important agricultural crop, which is used for oilseed and fiber production. Insertion LIS-1 is the most known genetic marker of flax small genotrophs. In the present work, we sequenced two genotypes of Stormont cirrus plants (with and without LIS-1) and performed genome assembly and annotation using different approaches.
