Inclusionary Housing (IHDA)

The Inclusionary Housing Designated Areas (IHDA) Program was created in 2005 to encourage the creation and preservation of affordable housing in medium and high-density neighborhoods being rezoned to create new housing opportunities. The program modifies the base floor area ratio (FAR) available for developments and offers a floor area bonus for developments that provide affordable housing either on-site or within the surrounding community. All mapped IHDAs are included in Appendix F of the Zoning Resolution.包容性住房指定区域（Inclusionary Housing Designated Areas，IHDA）计划于2005年设立，旨在鼓励在正在进行重新区划以新增住房供给的中高密度社区内，开发并保留保障性住房。该计划调整开发项目可使用的基准容积率（Floor Area Ratio，FAR），并为在项目场地内或周边社区提供保障性住房的开发项目提供建筑面积奖励。所有已划定的IHDA均收录于《区划条例》附录F中。
