Methylation status of IGF2R DMR in goats from normal reproduction (NL), cloned lived transgenic goats (CL) and cloned aborted transgenic goats (CA). Unfilled (white) and filled (black) circles represent unmethylated and methylated CpGs, respectively. Horizontal line of circles represent one single clone that was sequenced. Lollipopdiagrams were generated by BIQ Analyzer software [35]. The data was analyzed by one way ANOVA. **(P<0.01) denotes very significant differences between NL group and CA group, CL group and CA group, respectively.
