<p><strong>General information</strong>:</p><p><br /></p><p>The dataset deposited in this repository addresses the research domain of Business Process Management (BPM) Maturity. It forms part of a broader research project examining BPM maturity, technological maturity, and organizational ambidexterity, with particular emphasis on the mechanisms through which ambidextrous strategies are achieved.</p><p>The repository contains survey research data used in the practitioner-oriented report “Dojrzałość procesowa organizacji w Polsce 2023”. It provides a complete empirical dataset covering BPM maturity and respondent-declared characteristics.</p>
