Example HSI Patches - Various Sources

These HSI datasets, collected from various sources, are commonly used for development and testing of ML, Nascent AI, and other analysis methods. I found many of these sparsely distributed online, frequently with broken links- so I thought it wise to start collecting things to a central location for convienient access and downloading across multiple codebases and projects. This will be migrated to our public databases after the host site is designed. This will be pointed to by several projects, and may be replaced with an updated version in the future.
