Census of Population and Housing, 1980: Summary Tape File 2C

Summary Tape File 2 (STF 2) files contain detailed complete-count tabulations for all persons and housing units in the United States. The STF 2C file(s) contain the same tables as 2A and 2B plus an additional 27 allocation tables. STF 2C is the National file. It has sumaries for the following geographic levels and their components: United States, census regions, census divisions, and States. Summaries are provided for standard consolidated statistical areas (SCSA's) and the urban and rural portions of the SCSA, standard metropolitan statistical areas (SMSA's) ans the urban and rural portion of the SMSA, and urbanized areas (UA's). Summaries are included for counties and the rural portion of each county, places of 10,000 or more inhabitants and the urban portion of any places that have been split into urban and rural components, minor civil divisions (MCD's) of 10,000 or more inhabitants in eleven selected States, American Indian reservations and their county portions, and Alaska Native villages.
