Clonally related composite chronic lymphocytic leukemia and mantle cell lymphoma

we reported a unique composite CLL and MCL case sharedclonality in molecular mutation level but not at chromosome structure level andbefore IGH gene rearrangement. The highly sort-purified tumor (CLL and MCL) andnon-tumor (myeloid) cells make this comprehensive analysis available. The identified shared and unique mutations along with IGH and cytogenetics studies illustrate the origin, evolution, and diversification of this composite lymphoma
