Our goal was to establish if bacterial soil communities had returned to their pristine composition or if changes in plant community composition were correlated with soil bacterial community. Soil bacteria in exotic-invaded old fields and remnants of natural grasslands (Inland Pampa, Buenos Aires, Argentina) were evaluated through pyrosequencing of the V4 region of the 16s gene.
