资源简介:

The Tyrol Nature Conservation Act 2005 — TNSchG 2005 — allows the district administrative authority to declare nature formations, the preservation of which is in the public interest because of their rarity, peculiarity or beauty, because of their scientific, historical or cultural importance or because of the special character that they give to the landscape, with confidence in the public interest. Natural formations in this sense include, for example, old or rare trees, groups of trees or trees, special plant occurrences, springs, watercourses, waterfalls, ponds, lakes, bogs, rock formations, glacier tracks, mineral or fossil deposits, earth-historical excavations and characteristic soil forms, gorges and gorges. In contrast to the sub-protection of landscape or nature conservation areas, which cover and connect larger areas as site protection, natural monuments are usually protection of individual phenomena in the landscape. The natural monuments are assigned to the INSPIRE Data Theme Protected Areas (Annex I).
