Murine Liver NPCs Atlas (MLNA) is a single-cell transcriptome atlas of murine liver NPCs from a healthy group and five typical disease groups including alcoholic liver disease, nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH), drug-induced liver injury (DILI), cholestatic liver injury, and liver ischemia-reperfusion injury.
