ATAC-seq of HRasV12-induced senescence with WSTF overexpression

We discovered that WSTF is downregulated in senescent cells by autophagy degradation. Forced expression of WSTF inhibits senescence-associated secretory phenotype, via inhibition of chromatin accesibility over inflammatory genes. Primary IMR90 cells were stably expressing vector control or WSTF. The cells were then infected by HRasV12 retrovirus to induce senescence. Three replicates each were included in each conditon for ATAC-seq analyses.
