Comparative transcriptomics of tissues from the snake Bothrops jararaca

This bioproject aims to provide transcriptomic data from some body organs from the snake B. jararaca. This is intended to be used in an investigation of gene expression of body tissues in comparison to venom gland and to investigate the venom-related genes expressed in other tissues.
