Click-through rate of DEM e-mails in Italy 2020, by B2B industry

In Italy, as of 2020, gambling and games was the B2B (business-to-business) industry with the highest rate of direct e-mail marketing (DEM), which was 3.3 percent. On the contrary, insurance, finance and banking reported the lowest rate, with 0.5 percent.
