A lobster dealer reporting program was implemented in New Hampshire in 2005. The program identified state lobster dealers in two main categories: 1) commercial lobster dealers (CLD) and, 2) wholesale lobster dealers (WLD). From these two groups, 125 dealers were contacted and required to submit monthly records detailing each lobster transaction occurring within a month. Project: NA-64 Final Report Grant no.
