Immune Cell Contexture in the Leukemia Bone Marrow

Images represent multiplex immunohistochemistry stainings on AML, ALL, CML and control human bone marrow samples. Tissue microarrays have been constructed from duplicate tissue cores extracted from bone marrow tissue blocks (formalin-fixated, paraffin-embedded). Some stainings contain only fluorescent stainings and some contain a combination of fluorescent and chromogen stainings. Individual images represent grayscale images of one staining in one tissue microarray spot (= one sample). The project aims at characterizing the immune cell and immunophenotype contexture in leukemia patients. Stainings have been digitized and analyzed with Cell Profiler.
