Gene expression profile at single cell level of 72 hpf heart cells from wild-type, tnnt2a mutant, and Tnnt2a degron zebrafish larvae.

Heart cells are responsive to cardiac contractions and hemodynamic forces. We use single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to compare tnnt2a mutants with Tnnt2a degrons, both conditions leading to cardiac contraction defects. Overall design: For each condition, 100 hearts were dissected, dissociated, and analyzed using scRNA-seq.
