资源简介:
The dataset in the excel spreadsheet depicts the raw data for the salivary biomarkers in the first tabs, and age, MoCA scores and dementia-causing diagnosis category recorded in a single laboratory session. The concentrations of the salivary biomarkers were obtained following an ELISA in the laboratory, whilst the MoCA lasted for approximately 10-minutes and the dementia-causing diagnosis category was recorded for participants who self-reported (“yes”) a dementia diagnosis and those who did not (“no”). For the salivary biomarkers, cortisol is in column A, IL-6 in column B and IL-1β in columns C. Ages in columns D, MoCA scores are in column E and dementia-causing diagnosis category in column F. The equipment and software used to measure and collect the data for the variables listed in the spreadsheet are listed in the word document with all abbreviations reported in full. The files for this dataset will be shared on publication of the associated article.
