Dose-dependent Ketamine EEG Case Report

Resting state EEG experiment during intranasal ketamine treatment in a 22 year old male moderate depression as an adjunct to sertraline 50mg therapy.<br>Closed-eyes EEG was recorded with Muse-S (256Hz sampling rate, 4 channels referenced to Fpz).<br>Dataset contains 2 baseline recordings (immediately before and a few days prior) and 4 recordings during the ketamine administration. An additional Matlab file includes dose and recording timing details and effect-site concentrations calculated using the Leiden and Clements models.<br><br>Dataset contains ~3 minutes eyes-closed resting state EEG before ketamine and 80 minutes after taking ketamine.
