Metastatic medulloblastoma remodels the local leptomeningeal microenvironment to promote further metastatic colonization and growth

Medulloblastoma metastasis often occurs in the leptomeningeal spaces; however, the biology of the metastatic tumour cells and the local leptomeningeal niche are poorly characterized. We performed single-cell RNA sequencing to analyze the leptomeningeal metastatic niche in a medulloblastoma mouse model. Overall design: Mouse SHH primary tumours and matched spinal leptomeninges with metastasis (4 mice) and normal spinal leptomeninges (3 control mice) were processed for single-cell RNA sequencing.
