RNA-sequencing of small intestine tissues from naïve WT and Spib-deficient mice

The absence of Spib led to a notable upregulation of tuft cell-specific genes and transcripts typically associated with helminth infection characteristics The proximal small intestine tissues were collected from naïve WT and Spib-deficient mice, and were sent out for RNA-seq library construction.
