GLP-1 Real-World Evidence Dataset: Analysis of 14,252 Reddit Posts on Retatrutide, Tirzepatide, and Semaglutide

Structured dataset of 14,252 Reddit posts about GLP-1 receptor agonist medications (retatrutide, tirzepatide, semaglutide), collected over the 12-month period ending March 2026. Every post was analyzed using Claude Sonnet 4.6 to extract drug, dose, side effects (with severity and remedies), unexpected benefits, drug-switching events, and a one-line summary. Includes a supplementary women's health layer of 4,651 female-identified posts covering PCOS, fertility, and hormonal side effects absent from clinical trial endpoints.
