Inevitable-Metaverse is a Twitter dataset specifically collecting public emotional responses to Metaverse technology, co-created by Zayed University and United Arab Emirates University. This dataset contains 86,565 Metaverse-related tweets, covering data from 2019 to 2022. Collected via the Twitter API with a specific focus on Metaverse-related discussions, it aims to analyze public attitudes and emotions towards this emerging technology using natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning (ML) techniques. Its application areas include social media analysis, sentiment analysis, and predictive model development, with the goal of helping organizations and governments assess public acceptance of Metaverse technology.
