Bird 10,000 Genomes (B10K) Project

鸟类基因组数据库（B10K）是一个旨在为所有现存鸟类物种生成代表性基因组序列的数据库。该项目由华大基因、哥本哈根大学、杜克大学等机构牵头，并联合中国科学院昆明动物研究所、史密森尼学会等多家机构共同推进。数据库内容涵盖鸟类基因组数据，并计划整合形态、生理、生态等多维度信息，以支持进化生物学、生态学及生物多样性研究。The Bird 10,000 Genomes Project (B10K) is a database dedicated to generating representative genome sequences for all extant bird species. This project is led by BGI, University of Copenhagen, Duke University and other institutions, and jointly advanced by multiple partner organizations including Kunming Institute of Zoology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Smithsonian Institution and others. The database covers avian genomic data, and plans to integrate multi-dimensional information such as morphology, physiology, ecology and more to support research in evolutionary biology, ecology and biodiversity.
