DLBCL patients gut microbes 16s and metagenomic sequencing data

This dataset contains the 16srRNA and metagenomic sequecing data of 17 DLBCL patients (before, UG and after treatment,TG) and 18 healthy controls (CG). The DLBCL patients were further grouped into CR and PR groups by their treatment response.

本数据集包含17例弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤（DLBCL）患者的治疗前组（Untreated Group, UG）、治疗后组（Treated Group, TG）样本，以及18例健康对照者（Control Group, CG）的16S核糖体RNA（16S rRNA）与宏基因组测序（metagenomic sequencing）数据。其中，DLBCL患者可根据治疗应答情况进一步分为完全缓解（Complete Response, CR）组与部分缓解（Partial Response, PR）组。
