Files description: PUB_ALL.csv is the researcher-specific list of publications, PUB_LAST.csv is the list of publications in which the researcher appeared last. Collaboration_table.csv, Research_overlap_table.csv and impact_table.csv provided here are the tables used in the main text using a cutoff 4 as a threshold for the number of MeSH terms appearances required for associating the term with a researcher. The R code exemplifies how the files can be processed.
