Using HEC cells, the experimental groups were transfected with microRNA-183-5p mimics, and the control groups were transfected with negative control mimics. The cells were cultured 36 hours after transfection and sequenced by genome transcriptome. The aim is to explore the target gene network regulated by miRNA-183-5p, and to elucidate the function network of miRNA-183-5p through functional analysis of differentially expressed genes between the two groups.
