Mycovirus identification from Aspergillus (Katsuobushi)

Fragmented and primer-Ligated DsRNA Sequencing (FLDS) technology is a promising method for the identification of complete RNA viral genomes. In the present study, we adopted FLDS technology to comprehensively screen mycovirus. In this study, we explored RNA viruses from Aspergillus. Purified dsRNAs from the samples were specifically converted into dsDNA, and resultant dsDNAs were sequenced by the Illumina platform.
