本任务主要面向毫米波天线阵列射频前端关键技术研究，基于5G毫米波相控天线阵列产品产生，记录了产品仿真、产品测试等数据，主要包括仿真数据单元S参数、单元增益、阵列波束扫描，产品图片，产品测试原始数据包括单元增益、天线带宽、阵列增益及扫描角测试数据，第三方检测报告等。

This task focuses on the research of key technologies for RF front-ends of millimeter-wave antenna arrays. The dataset is generated from 5G millimeter-wave phased antenna array products, and records data related to product simulation and testing. The contained data mainly include: simulation data such as unit S-parameters, unit gain and array beam scanning; product images; original product test data covering unit gain, antenna bandwidth, array gain and scanning angle test data; as well as third-party inspection reports and other relevant materials.
